Purchased two 10 minute videos but have had no correspondence since making payment.
Been waiting since 3rd September and have been asking for a rough timeline and nothing. No response on Skype.
Despite all the positive reviews on this website I have to report that I am very disappointed and not even sure if I'll even get my videos.

Paid for two custom videos. Was super nice to talk too until he received the money. Have not heard from him since despite my attempts to talk to him on Skype. Am really hoping I still get my videos

Purchased a custom video in January, and received a broken link. I was unable to downoad or open the file. Very disapointing. Tried contacting him on skype asking for help to open the file and am still waiting for a response.

I too have been waiting for a custom video that I ordered on the 15th February. Its a pity, because the quality of his videos is fantastic. Just wished I didnt have to wait this long.
