Maybe there was a language problem, but I think he understood what I wanted. At first, he asked to be paid by revolut, a finance app that I couldn't download, so he said it was ok to pay through the best flex website. But, he said they take 30% so he would have to add that to the price. I asked for a 4-5 minute video, which took him all day to make. That was okay, but he then said he made a 2 minute (not 4 minute) video. He did almost nothing I had asked for originally.
