Talked about a custom video, agreed to payment and details. Made payment and he started delaying when he'd be able to cut the video then finally after the 2nd moved deadline he just stopped responding entirely. Skype messaged him and as soon as he knew it was me, stopped responding. Out the cost of the video and a month later I still haven't gotten it, or even a reply.
