Scammer! After I paid him, he started ghosting me. Then, after some days, he finally replied to ask for more money for the video we had agreed upon, so I asked him to return what I had already given him. He started ghosting me again. In the end, he neither made the video nor returned my money. If you don't want to waste your money avoid him.

Exactly, is a scammer, I could get my money back claimg PayPal but he tried to scam me. Avoid him.
