In the same boat as the reviewer below. Over one month after payment, still has not received my custom video.

Mauro was responsive and professional for our first video , however, for the second video , he scammed me and never delivered. Very disappointed

Unfortunately I had a similar experience with the previous reviewer. Purchased a custom video from Josh. He was courteous and responsive at the time of payment, however, delivery is a completely different story. I requested a longer video, but to my surprise, Josh just recorded a 6 min segment and looped the short segment over and over in low resolution to fulfill the length requirement, hoping that I will never find out. Looking at the review below, I’m sure he’ll come up with all types of ridiculous excuses to respond to my feedback. Scammer alert, you have been warned .

I delivered the full video with everything you asked for and mentioned. An 8 hour long full sleeping video, where I told you the quality will be a little lowered since the Online Clouds (Google Drive) wont be able to handle such loads at 4K 60FPS with 8 hours of content. You agreed to the lower quality (480p) to be able to watch it, but once I shared you the video you are arguing about it and say i should be able to send it to you at 4K and Im a scammer and its a loop...
Purchased two custom videos from Jeff. he is professional and easy to work with, delivered both of my videos on time. Recommend.

Contacted Kevin for a custom video. While in the middle of discussing the video details, he suddenly stopped responding and then blocked me. Not sure what his deal is but I’m glad that the deal did not follow through or I could have just lost my payment

Tried to arrange a custom Buford with Ignacio. He only responded to messages probably every 2 days, but we eventually managed to finalize the videos details after one month. Then, when proceeding to payment, he disappeared and no longer responded. What a Time waste. Do not recommend.

Have been working with Daniel for a while, he had always been professional until recently. After getting the pricing from him and ready to proceed with payment, he told me he was just joking about the price. Time waster.

Paid for a custom video a year ago with this model. Never received the video after a few weeks and was told that due to the war in Ukrain, he was not able to deliver the video and needed more time. One year later, apparently he’s making videos again for TBF. But after reaching out to him this morning about the video he still owes, I was blocked. Scammer alert!!

Purchased 3 custom videos from Artemus. In the beginning he had lots of issues with cameras , equipment etc, but over time he managed to take care of them and was able to deliver the videos as agreed. Appears to be a genuine model to work with.

Arranged a custom video with Jay. After all the terms were negotiated and agreed upon, I proceeded to payment with PayPal. He refunded me immediately and told me I should only pay under friends and family (which automatically forfeits PayPal’s buyer protection). I was burned a few times by the same type of request in the past , so that was the end of our conversation. Looking at the review below, I am glad that I didn’t fall for it. Buyer be aware !

It pains me to write this review. I have worked with Michael for at least 5 custom videos in the past. He was amazing until our last video. Paid for it in December 22; today is late Feb 2023, still has not received my video. Hopefully we can resolve this issue, but it’s not looking very good right now.
