After flexing and pumping up with some dumbbells to get a nice sweat going, he shows off his super strength by forcing thick bars to bend to his will. He gets even more pumped and you can see the sweat dripping off him! Then he gives an awesome flexing session showing the veins and striations in his massive muscles!
