I really didn't want to post yet another 1 star review but I really don't know what else to do besides post here since emailing him isn't working. It's incredibly jarring to see a sequence of people having positive experiences with Michael and getting their requests fulfilled so quickly and yet I've gotten nothing.
After seeing the review mentioning Michael wanted to fix his mistakes, I emailed him on Sept 15th to ask about getting the video I paid for all the way back in November of last year. He apologized and, after reminding him what my request was, I expected the turn around time to be quick. Instead, it's been nearly a month and after asking for a follow up 3 times, he's not responding to me, yet again.
I don't believe my request (that he did agree to) was complicated nor do I believe I've been rude in our interactions to warrant being left in the dark like this. I don't mean to come across as demanding or entitled, but I did pay for my custom video nearly a year ago. I'm, once again, starting to feel like I still won't be getting what I paid for and that I'm better off having no expectation of getting my video.

This is an update review from my previous one.
Shortly after posting my 1 star (Dec 17th) review, which I was hoping would only stay up for a short while after, Michael finally responded with an apology email saying he had some problems that prevented him from delivering and that he "promised" he'll be back with my video. I didn't have an issue with a delay, unexpected things could happen all the time. This was also around the holiday season time, so I understood that there could be some delays there as well but it felt like he still intended to make and deliver my video.
However, I have sent several more emails after his "apology" and the holidays asking for the video and once again, he does not answer to any of them. Keep in my mind, I paid him on November 5th for my custom video, nearly 3 months ago. I don't know what happened to him, but it seems he's turned to taking people's money and then ghosting them.
Felt assured paying full price for a custom video due to my own prior experience working with him and the other 5 star reviews. Now, it's clear that I've wasted my money for nothing. At this point, I don't expect to receive my video ever. If he does, I'll be surprised.
Strongly advise against requesting anything from him. He'll be responsive when you start, but once he gets your money, don't expect anything in return.

I'll preface this by saying this is (hopefully) a temporary review and that, if I get my requested video, I'll delete this.
I requested a video from Michael on Nov 4th and sent the payment Nov 5th. Michael was responsive and polite and accepted my request. He told me he would deliver the video on the weekend (Nov 11th). That weekend passed and nothing was sent so I sent an email asking for an update. Waited a couple days and didn't get a response. I sent 5 other emails and he's not responded to any. Over a month later, I still have not received my custom video.
I've been patient since I have ordered and received a custom video from him before. It's been awhile since then but he delivered the video quite quickly and it was really good. Unless there's something going on that's preventing him from delivering or responding, I'm very disappointed.

Got my first custom video from Michael and I absolutely love it. Worked out the details of what I wanted and he more than delivered. Michael's body is just perfect. Amazing abs, great pecs, nice arms. Really handsome as well. I can't get enough of watching the video he made.
Absolutely was worth the money. Definitely considering requesting another.

Custom video I ordered turned out amazing. Such a handsome, sexy guy to admire and watch perform. Highly recommended. Will definitely be ordering more videos from him in future.

Had a nice personality to begin with but I never got a show even after payment and setting up several times over the of several weeks. Now, he doesn't respond to my messages at all. Strongly advise avoiding him.
