Shredded Camshow Flexing with Steven The Great

I would give this video a 4+, halfway between a 4 and a 5. I think the previous review was a bit harsh. If you look at the preview, that's a good example of what you get. I think Steven is learning how to do these videos so it's just a matter of time before he gets really good at these. He's in great shape and his biceps are amazing. He does put a lot of effort into the posing, which takes a lot of energy to do.

This is a great follow up to Steven's first video. In the first one Steven videotaped his whole body doing bodybuilding poses. In this one, the focus is on a muscle worship session. You feel that you are only 3 feet from him as he stands close to the camera. Arms, back, chest, abs and legs are individually focused on and he flexes them for you. With repeated flexing his arm/delt vascularity gets better all the time. A great film for people looking for a muscle worship session.

This is a very good introduction to Steven the Great. He goes through a complete set of bodybuilding poses you would see in a competition, giving the viewer a good overall view of his physique. Steven is in top condition here, plenty of definition. His biceps are the star of the show ... big and thick.

To begin with, this guy knows how to work the camera for a muscle worship video from both the visual and verbal standpoint. He gives not only the standard up close flexing, but also posing from slightly farther away and bodybuilding side chest poses up close. The amount of veins that pop out when pumping his pecs has to be seen to be believed. This is a video that will exceed your expectations.

Thomas gives a master class in bodybuilding poses, mixing mandatory poses with more creative, artistic ones. For me his two outstanding features are his quads when he's kneeling down and biceps shots from the front. Those quads are incredibly huge and defined ... and his biceps are big and thick.

He shows off his great body in this video. Lots of back flexing, too. Matt's oiled up to show off his body to it's best and he slowly feels his muscles as he flexes them for you. Something you wish you could do, too!

Romeo is up close and in your face as he flexes for you for 10 solid minutes. A great series of classic bodybuilding poses shows off his pecs, arms, abs and back. As the minutes go by the effort he puts into the posing makes him sweat more and more, coating his muscles in glistening moisture. This is better than being oiled! His veins are bulging popping out all over. Well worth the cost for this exhibition.

All his flexing is done while sitting in a chair. His best attributes in this video are his pecs, forearms and vascularity. The light covering of hair that he's sporting now just adds to his ruggedness. His 10 minutes are spent constantly flexing for you.

You can really never get enough of Alex's arms. This is 17 minutes of him proudly showing them off from a mix of a couple different posing sessions. The biceps show all their fibers when flexed and looking at the inside of his arm. Looking at the outside, his horseshoe triceps are gigantic. Those forearms have to be seen to be believed. As he flexes and pumps, the veins become more visible. If Hercules came down to earth, this is what his arms would look like. Anyone watching this would love to be able to feel those arms in person.

While this is titled "post workout arm show", in reality this video is much more than that. Yes, the arms are the main focus but Whiteking also shows off full body posing ... quads, back, etc.
This was taken shortly after competing so he still has competition level muscularity and vascularity. As he's not on a strict competition diet anymore his muscles are fuller. Great pecs. No shaving so a slight covering of bodyhair, too. I personally really like his thick, vascular forearms, especially when showing them off from the outside as in side chest shots.
Overall, a great video to have.

One thing that I liked about this video was that it was different from most of his other videos. In this one, Alex shows off his leg development for several minutes at the opening of the video. He has good size and definition in his quads. Next it progresses to arm flexing with the largest part of the video being showing off his forearms, easily the biggest and best on TheBestFlex.

A solid 16 minutes of muscle posing. Alex is pretty good shape here ... abs are well defined and show up well in posing, and his vascularity really comes through when he flexes. You get abs, arms, back, and chest in this video. Alex's arms are nearly the size of a person's head and the detail in the triceps when flexing is outstanding.
