I got a custom vid from this cool guy and I have to say he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure he did everything as requested. He put in 110% effort. He is very friendly and approachable and fast with delivery......thanks man , no doubt we will do another video soon and best of luck with your goals at the gym

This is a late review , sorry about that mate. So, I got a custom vid from Roland which had both positive and negative aspects. On the up side , if you want to see a Jason Streatham lookalike flexing some pretty God damned impressive muscle groups then this guy is your man. And a very approachable guy he is also. On the down side, I didn't get the kind of custom vid I was after, perhaps my fault in not explaining well enough. All i all , a cool guy

Just watched my second custom vid with this great guy and it's hard to believe that it was even better then the first one ( which had already blown my mind ).....the guy even looked more buff if that were possible. Once again he took note of exactly what I was after and boy , he outdid himself , giving me a custom vid that I could tell he took time and effort and care into making it just right.........a great and awesome guy

Just got a custom video from this guy and have to say I am lost for words. Delivery was so fast and great quality. Fantastic physique and a matching personality. This guy knows how to listen to what you want and deliver it to perfection...can't praise or thank him enough
