I've purchased several John Mendez videos over the past few months. He, in a very kind way, asked me for support in exchange for videos, however his promises were not fulfilled. At least 2 videos were never sent and all contact with him was cut short. Therefore, I say to you: do not trust him.

Jacob looks great.He has a muscular body, particularly chest and abs, as well as an impressive back. He is also good looking.

Andy is an elite level bodybuilder, who looks impressive, even in the off-season. He says that his legs are the best of his body, but it's hard to agree as all his body is well built. He has been genuine, friendly and honest from the beginning.
I bought from him 3 pre made videos, which I recommend. He knows exactly how to use the camera to present himself. Looking forward to future videos.

Purchased my first video from Fredy Flex. Amazing lean defined physique, nice guy; pleasant communication, commitment and respectful treatment.
New to making flex videos, but he did a good job, more than I expected.

Everything that is written about Luk is true.
Impressive bodybuilder. The custom video was shoot in the gym and he manages to lift high weights easily when he trains his back and triceps. But above all he is an excellent human being, attentive and well disposed to please every detail of what is requested for the video. I highly recommend him.
