Arranged for a 5 min show and right after sending the money he told me he couldn't do it because his room-mate walked in. He refused to refund, because he was too busy. So we did the show later, and he had me wait over 20 minutes after saying he'd be ready in 2 secs. He called and then walked off cam because he was busy. Call lasted 4 min 23 secs (paid for 5), and he was actually in view of the cam for only about 3 min. He was not terribly dishonest, but definitely under-delivered.
