Den was awesome. He was very friendly and caring form the beginning. He asked me what I wanted and I gave him specific instructions. I like a few "quirky" things, but Den was totally cool about it. He followed everything and made a really great video for me. I feel this guy really cared about me as a client, and he is an all around nice honest guy who really wants to please.

I have been following Den on Best Flex for some time and have purchased several of his videos. I noticed significant progress in his muscle development, so I purchased a flexing video.
