I contacted Alex about a custom video. He agreed to my content requests. I agreed to his price. I sent him the money. He indicated he would record the video as soon as he returned home from the gym. It has been three days, and the only thing I have received from him is a string of implausible excuses that don’t add up. I have sent him a refund request through the payment app I used, but he has ignored that request. At this point, I would characterize him as a scammer, a liar, and a thief. Avoid.
