I'm 33 years old, a former Special Forces operative, and an ex-Executive Head Chef who’s transformed years of experience and discipline into a body and lifestyle that’s second to none. My journey began at age 6 as an Olympic-level gymnast, flipping into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai by 10, and finding my true home in the gym at 14. Since then, I haven’t missed a single week, not even during challenging times like prison, where I trained three times a day.
This isn’t just a workout for me—it’s my lifestyle, my therapy, and my way to keep the inner beast in check. Ordered a video from him almost two months ago. Paid for it and he said it would be ready soon. A couple weeks later, he updates that he had a health issue, but would still be able to make it soon. However, he has not responded back in weeks with anything, though. Doesn't seem like I'll be getting anything at this rate, unfortunately.
