Well, this was disappointing. There was only about three minutes of "flexing" at the beginning of the video and it was barely anything. I don't mind guys kissing their biceps, but it was like he was making out with them the whole time. The next few minutes of the video was of him setting up his room to start the jerk part including putting his cat out of the room which could've been taken out in editing.
